Within our plants around the world, we’re constantly developing new technologies and processes to further increase our efficiency. That means we’re continually seeking diligent, determined performers who think outside the box to help us find better and more efficient ways to manufacture our vehicles.

Sign-on bonus of $7,500 for qualified candidates!


  • Lead skilled trades/maintenance personnel in all aspects of asset management including but not limited to: asset availability (mean time to repair, mean time between failure), cycle time, preventative maintenance, predictive and condition-based monitoring technologies.
  • Lead/coach teams in leveraging existing machine monitoring tools to identify constraints in the system and systematically reduce and eliminate interruptions in production flow.
  • Create and preserve good working connections with hourly team members, union, and management teams.
  • Communicate effectively with hourly team members, leaders, business partners and customers
  • Create a safety culture and apply and implement workplace policies
  • Administer the CBA (collective bargaining agreement) consistently and effectively
  • Evaluate team member performance and encourage continuous improvement
  • Communicate goals and leverage resources to solve problems



  • High School Diploma or GED


  • Microsoft Office proficiency


  • 1+ years of previous supervisory experience or 1+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Safety and Quality experience
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Knowledge of constraint management principles
  • Prior experience managing a unionized workforce
  • Six Sigma: Black or Green Belt certified
