SENIOR DESIGNER (INDUSTRIAL)
As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for design development, design coordination and documentation. You will be expected to play an important role in the mentoring of other team members and contribute to team knowledge continued growth. You will also liaise and coordinate with external consultants and the client’s team and other relevant parties.
Requirements & Attributes:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in design, tender/construction documentation and coordination, and review of contractor’s submissions
- Experience in industrial (datacenter) projects will be an advantage
- Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA), if experienced with Singapore LTA ADC and Mass Transit statutory (fire, green mark, etc.), will be an advantage
- Professional certifications such as GMP or GMFP (or international reputable equivalent) will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team player with a people friendly personality, passionate about process driven and performance base design
- Excellent ability in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, & Photoshop. Enscape,, Dynamo/Grasshopper, SharePoint, Autodesk ACC, Navisworks, Adobe Illustrator and MS Excel Advanced level will be an advantage
