What The Role Is

You assist in logistics, procurement and infrastructure matters. These may include inventory management such as indenting, returning, transferring and condemning of stores for the units. In preparation of annual stocktaking of stores, you assist to generate Call Letter, Convening Order and Record of Proceedings.

What You Will Be Working On

You also carry out the procurement of materials/services for the daily operations of the units. In addition, you may be required to assist in facility management.

What We Are Looking For

You should preferably have a Diploma, with 3 to 5 years' work experience in Logistics or Inventory Management. Possession of good interpersonal and communication skills is essential. You should also be a team player, meticulous and competent in basic Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency in Enterprise System (ES) and Next Generation Procurement System (NGPS) will be advantageous.
